Returns Policy

All our books are carefully described and we guarantee their authenticity. Where there is no specific mention of condition, you can assume the book is in reasonable secondhand condition for its type.

If an item isn't as described, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us before posting anything back.

How to return an item

Email us at keith@hmfletcher.co.uk to let us know you'd like to return an item. Returns should be sent to:

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted. Please pack books carefully and use a tracked, insured service. The book remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away at keith@hmfletcher.co.uk if an item is damaged or you've received the wrong book, so we can put it right.

Cooling-off period (UK and EU)

If you are buying as a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The book must be returned in the condition you received it.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. If it's approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to show the refund. If you haven't received it after that, please contact us at keith@hmfletcher.co.uk.
